SECCO DiaLap diamond grinding beads are designed for use on popular diamond grinders and mills to perform stock removal, shaping, profiling, and hole drilling applications in tile, glass, stained glass, stone, and other hard materials. SECCO DiaLap diamond grinding beads are manufactured using high purity brass and lathed uni-body design to resist fatigue cracks caused by high RPM and vibration. Advanced metallurgical bonding procedures allow multiple embed layers of diamond substrate for longer wear life and finish consistency resulting in uniformed grinding profile and long life. Highly uniformed diamond bedding prevents chipping when working delicate materials. SECCO DiaLap diamond grinding beads use a universal arbor and set screw design and are capable of pairing with all 0.312? (7.92mm) spindles including ALL INLAND GRINDERS. The SECCO diamond grinding beads are also compatible with WIZ, SUPER WIZ, WIZLING CG, WIZARD IV, IMPULSE, WIZ CG AND MORE. SEECO DiaLap diamond grinding beads are available in 50 (excluding 1/8"), 80, 120 and 200 grit variations and in sizes 1/8" (3mm), 1/4 (6mm), 3/8 (9mm), 3/4" (19mm) and 1" (25mm). Please be aware of your particular grinders ability to support bits of 1" in diameter prior to purchasing 1" grinding heads. The SECCO DiaLap DGBMASTER includes 19 diamond grinding beads.
